Return Policy

Mailbox Posts

All mailbox posts are custom built to order and are non-returnable. Because every post is made to your exact finish, color, and number specifications, we cannot accept returns once production has begun. All custom post sales are final.

If there is an issue with your order outside of shipping damage, contact us at thompsonandtimber@gmail.com and Chase will work with you directly to make it right.

Solar Mailbox Light

If your solar light arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it at no charge. Contact us at thompsonandtimber@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue within 30 days of receiving your order.

Damages and Shipping Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery. If your post arrives damaged, please do the following within 48 hours:

Take clear photos of the damage to both the packaging and the product before moving or installing anything. Email those photos to thompsonandtimber@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line.

We will review the photos and ship replacement pieces at no charge. You do not need to return the original order.

Refunds

Because our posts are made to order, we do not offer refunds on custom builds. If a refund is approved for any other reason, it will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
